Precast Boundary wall

Turnkey Perimeters

A standardized boundary wall system that meets the structural demands of both industrial and infrastructure projects. Engineered for sheer durability, speed, and ease of installation.

Technical Specs & Variations

Hollow Core Supported Wall System

Designed with eccentric pocket foundations and vertical columns, this system provides a recess for placing Hollow Core slabs or Precast Solid walls. Columns offer moment-stiff connections for enhanced stability. Ideal for industrial zones prioritizing structural rigidity.

Solid Wall with Plot Line Optimization

Constructed with eccentric foundations and solid walls joined through a shear key, this system allows walls to align exactly with the plot boundary—maximizing internal space. Outer surfaces can be customized.

Solid Wall with Setback Column Design

Similar to Type 01 but replaces Hollow Core with solid panels. Columns are positioned 150mm within the plot line, allowing varied panel designs and finishes. Ideal for developments requiring architectural flexibility.

Panel-Only System with Architectural Flexibility

This column-free setup uses male-female panel connections to reduce cost and erection time. Architectural designs like grooves, logos, or even GRC attachments can be added to elevate aesthetic appeal. Best for cost-conscious builds requiring fast turnaround.

Surface Finishing Options

Grey Fairfaced (for paint applications)

Acid Washed (for textured aesthetic)

Polished & Retarded (for exposed aggregates)

Sandblasted, Bush-Hammered, Tooled, or Grooved

  • Space-efficient designs to maximize plot area

  • Engineered to meet structural and aesthetic requirements

Precast boundary walls are made from high-strength reinforced concrete with a minimum characteristic cube strength of Fcu = 40 N/mm². They include OPC cement, water-reducing admixtures, and steel reinforcements complying with BS standards. The concrete mix may also include microsilica (for foundations only) and aggregates complying with BS 852 and BS 882.

Surfaces can be fairfaced or exposed aggregate, with the following finish options:

  • Acid Etched

  • Foemliner

  • Hammer Ribs

  • Polished

  • Retarded

  • Sandblasted

  • Stand Embedded

  • Tooled or Bush Hammered

Panels can also feature multiple surface treatments separated by grooves.

Standard wall heights:

  • 2.2 m or 2.7 m above ground level (custom heights available upon request)
Wall modules are designed in 6 m segments.

All boundary wall surfaces that extend below ground are treated with 2 layers of bitumen paint for moisture and chemical resistance.

Yes. Walls can include architectural insets such as logos or patterns. Optional GRC panels can also be added upon request for enhanced surface detailing.
